My daughter lived at Wildfig Apartments for about four years. She still owns the apartment but she has since moved from there and is renting it out. It’s a centrally located property close to the shops which makes it very convenient. The apartments are very secure with a high wall, electric wire and a security guard at the gate. The apartment although beautiful is very small. It’s basically a bachelor’s flat. My daughters apartment used to have a bath but she had the bathroom renovated and installed a beautiful shower, making it much more modern and cost effective as showering uses less water than bathing. She lived near the entrance of the complex which I think was good as it is quick to get in and to leave. What I personally didn’t like is the amount of parking allocated to each resident. Each resident gets only one parking space. Their visitors has to park around the corner in the complex, which is quite an inconvenience especially if it rains. Overall Wildfig Apartments is a lovey complex and a very good investment.
