I would like to just say that I am appalled with the service and advice. We were charged an exorbitant fare believing it was the only option we had. We trusted Tanya's recommendation without questioning it even though it was expensive. When one pays for a service, one would expect to be guided correctly and not taken for a ride. Ultimately we did agree due to the urgency of the travel, but this is unacceptable. We will never use Willards Travel in King Williams Town ever again.
