Zero after-sale service. Nobody knows where or from who they fitted the extras radio, alarm system etc on my Isuzu X-Rider bakkie which I've bought directly from them. No one even cares to walk out after you've driven to them and have a look at your vehicle, thus leaving you to deal with the nightmare of locating the various fitment centers where these extras originally came from. Pathetic. Avoid at all costs.
Theo gave me all the information I needed about the car,was very patient,polite and answered all my questions and even during the test drive he was indeed a good instructor. Booked a service vehicle still has a service plan, when vehicle got there they come with stories to phone head office for authorisation. On the call, without me prompting anything the service lady says i cannot trade the vehicle in as if that was what i wanted to do. Rather buy a different car
Worst dealership ever. With staff like Zone du toit who are not customer satisfactory driven. We as customers will never be in that store again.
Wort experience ever. Waited 4 months for a new turbo. When it was finally done it was faulty. Took is back waiting so long for my car. After I asked that I need it for work in 2 days. They don't contact you to keep you updated or when your car is done. You have to phone them to find out! Bad service. They he just end the call while you are complaining about the bad service.
I bought a new Isuzu LSE and with delivery the spare wheel is not fitted, service booklet, radio antenna, number loose and canopy not fitting properly. They argue and say that it was fitted. Worst service you could find.
Worst car dealership, you would think a reputable name such as this dealership would be able to deliver a working car, upon putting through the sale of a car we purchased, the car had been delivered to Durban in a state, the car was dirty, the salesman - John had resigned from his post and took all the documents with him, as a result everything he promised us over the phone wasn't delivered the car didn't even start to begin with, the mountings were out and added insult to injury the car being a 2019 model had rust, so one would think what dealership is this, never again will I urge anyone to buy a vehicle from these guys, a massive headache, with snake oil salesmen and non-compliant staff. The worst experience we've had. Stay away from these guys, or rather the entire Williams Hunt group, because certainly if Pretoria' branch is like this it must mean every branch practices the same lies. They don't deserve a star, but for the sake of the review.
I bought my vehicle at Williams Hunt Pretoria in early 2019 and serviced there it twice. The service used to be good. This time however, I had to phone 3 times just for the Service department to answer the call. Then they could not find my car on the system and wanted to know what the VIN no is. Do you know your car’s VIN no by heart? Then when I could not give it, the phone was either put down in my ear or the connection mysteriously lost. Not even 1 star. I am now servicing my car at another branch.
Worst than more Worst Experience I bought a car from them and they hided the things such as about the spare key and am still struggling to get it from them especially agent R dosuza sometjing his name very clever and especially there for making people fool. evertime the made me fool am bringing the key for you i ordered and many excuses . even they took some part of more money for the key but till now i didnt het my saper key of my car . please be aware and i will suggest dont buy your vehicle from william hunt pretoria.
Absolutely no answer on parts counter for the past 3 days! So obviously my telephone call does not matter to the business, as the switchboard also took numerous messages, and nobody bothers phoning. I also work in automotive industry and this is the worst I have ever seen. Telephone also does not go back to switchboard, it cuts you off after 5 minutes of holding on, then i have to phone again...
