Willow Park Self Storage

Low quality structures, units are not sealed well leading to terrible dust build up inside the units. They have a bit of a "it's not our problem - you can go elsewhere if you don't like it" attitude and did apologise for all the extra dust of late due to construction in the area and told us to cover our goods well after the damage was already done and only after we complained - not to mention that we wouldn't need to do so if the units were built and sealed properly especially in the roof areas. Their website promises "To provide you with a clean, ready-to-rent unit. To keep your stored personal belongings safe and secure." and when I took them up on this promise with regard to the state of the units currently they simply stopped responding from that point. We had some issues with damaged locks and weather strips, which they said they would fix but some of these issues sat for months, which means there are no external quality checks being done on the units at all, especially because we know of one issue that has been evident for ages and has never been brought to our attention by anyone at Willow Park. Make no mistake though, if your payment at the end of the month is a moment too late, you will get your late payment penalty invoice like clockwork.

Excellent security. Place is clean and well maintained. Staff always friendly and helpful.

Not worth the money you pay. All maintenance seems lacking. Most interior roads are in pathetic condition. Paving in progress on some roads. Roofs not well sealed to walls. Units are raised above ground level making use of carts or trollies impossible. Also causes issues with getting heavy items in or out. Door locks are of pathetic quality and very poorly installed.

We've had a storage facility here for a few years already and it works perfectly for us. Some maintenance would be welcome though. Paving between the units would be wonderful and should also reduce the great amount of dust. The price is very good.

Very well placed storage area not to far out of our way. The security office is always at his station and we have never had issues with access to the storage unit.

Ground path needs work, but very secure. Storage units are well protected against weather conditions
