Improve the waiting period for offloading if we come to Wilmar we want to offload and go some else not spending 2 days keeping us in your yard we have families other things to do

The worst place to offload. You can wait up to 6 hours to exist premises. A truck can wait an hour on the waighbridge . Every time they send me to Wilmer I feel like quitting my job as a truck driver

THIS place is very nice they manufacturing fresh quality cooking oil.u see security everywhere in the plant n outside the yards...n it has two divided blog which is Destruction centre and mainplant...its operates 24 hours 7days a week

This is really unacceptable, your truck delivering goods obstructing the road you need to do something about this

Wilmar is the worst place to offload or load. Trucks standing in exit lane more than 5 hours to exit. No supervision at night shifts. People at waighbridge are slow and and most of them don't care about the customer. Poor service during day and night. 50% of Wilmar employees are time wasters.

As for a very large and well known company you'd expect everything to be running smooth but they offer one of the worst services and poor management. WILMAR SA The only that I ever find on point are the security guards. Big up to the gentlemen and ladies. Once you make your way to the weigh-bridge the first problem begins, you're told to wait in the truck for 20-30 minutes because the camera has jammed and nothing can be processed if a picture of your truck hasn't been captured. You get to loading point to load soya oil cake, the guys loading just do as they please. They can start loading after 4 hours after the shift chang and they just get to leave when they feel like leaving. When you get to a point of exiting the premises you can possibly spend hours just waiting to get to the exit weigh-bridge. When you get there, the people who authorise trucks are never there. There are only two people who actually do their job when it comes to authorizing trucks. Lady with glasses and the lesbian looking like woman. The others always have to be called in to authorise and they take time to do that. WILMAR ROBINSON Once again all credit to the security guards. Same problem with the people authorizing trucks who are always not where they are supposed to be to do what they're supposed to be doing. THERE IS JUST POOR MANAGEMENT ALL AROUND WILMAR AND ONE OF THE WORST SERVICE OFFERING COMPANIES.

I am very disappointed with the service received. My truck was on the que for 36hrs all because the people in the way bridge forgot to do a handover. The service is really pathetic compared to other companies providing same service.

Not impressed with the way an investigation by SAPS re an explosion at this company was hindered by certain senior personnel. Shame on you Willmar and happy this case eventually landed up in Inquest court.

Please sort out your trucks blocking the way to the hospital where emergencies happen... The trucks ruin the roads and they drive and park however they want. Can you not make the entrance ONLY accessible from main reef road and spare the back roads?
