Ward D personel is unfriendly and taking very long to adhere to pasients concerns. After four hours between visiting hours we realised the straps on her legs to prevent blood cloths was not even plugged in. My mom should be on fluid dieet for 48 hours but received mash and mince after 24 hours.
Wilmed park is run like a business more than a health facility! Provincial hospitals in Klerksdorp a far more better than private hospitals, they cater for individuals health needs! Wilmed in their pathetic & disgusting strategy just cater comfort patients not necessarily their health needs. I have personally met people who were sent to Tshepong hospital by wilmed to steal certain medications & health equipment. WILMED IS PATHETIC BEYOND DESCRIPTION. They wrongly diagnosed a patient & gave them wrong treatment until the patient died. They don’t care about people’s lives and their medical needs. BURN DOWN WILMED
From the best in SA to the worst. You pay R4000 per night to be taken care of. Most 5Star hotels treat you like Royalty at that rate.....Matron on shift Saturday the 14th of June 2022 need to do a course in hospitality and client service. She is more concern that you are aware of her status than allowing you to spend time with your loved one thats stage 4 cancer terminal. PATHETIC. Wonder how she would like to be treated if it was her loved one! GOD IS NOT BLIND LADY!

I had an emergency admission to the maternity ward. From my arrival at emergencies to my departure I received very good care and attention even through the night a nurse would check in on me. Thank you to all the staff on duty both night and day I could not fault you.
Admission nurse at ward asked me if I have allergies SEVEN TIMES. Had to ask for my ID bands 3 times and finally got it at 9pm arrived at 1pm Won't even give me tea even though I'm allowed clear liquids before a G-scope and C-scope. Both times they brought me coffee after I told them I can't have caffeine and marked rooibos tea on the form. What's the point of forms if they never look at them? Took them an hour and a half to give me pain meds. Worst hospital I've ever had the displeasure of being in. Hope I never have to come back here. Ward A doesn't know whether they're coming or going.
Fantastic Hospital So very thankful to Dr Mason who treated our son with Sepsis. Today is his 12th Birthday thanks to God's grace and the hospital staff. I would say the lady who allows the admissions in casualty, was really on my case the whole time in a very stressful situation. We were paying cash and we were being hounded for money when we were waiting for the money to clear. It is not necessary, obviously we would pay, our sons life was on the line. Thank you very much Wilmed so very greatful.
The maternity nurses don’t know how to take care of a person in pain whatsoever, the administrators are illogical at best. The country moves to level one and I produce my negative test but it doesn’t matter because only one visitor can stay the course of the visit. Let’s go to the medical board or people who right the regulations for the hospital. What logic is there when you don’t allow changing of visitors who produce negative tests? Bearing in mind my test was done the morning they refused my entry. I am the father by the way, and this journey has been terrible, probably only the doctor can get some credits for a great delivery under those conditions.
My grandmother is currently there in hospital. Very sick and very weak. She complains about the service. She has to do everything for herself. No staff caring or helping. And apparantly the food is bad as well. I am going to take this further. Social media, newspapers, etc. This is just unacceptable. Useless staff who feels nothing for old people e
Incompetent staff at ICU.My dad got a massive stroke whilst under their care and I had to point it out to them the next day.Only then did they send him for scans to confirm what we already knew was irreversible brain damage due to that stroke.He is now bedridden,cannot speak or eat,and paralysed on the whole left side, and has to be taken care of 24/7 in a frail care facility. Who knows what could have been done to reverse the effects had they acted earlier and more decisively?
