I recently had a meeting at Wings travel. I was well received,though nervous I was made to feel free. The environment is very welcome The Agents as well as the Management team looked very relaxed. A pleasant place to be.
Very poor communication. Quote was requested but once recieved, not acknowledged, accepted, or rejected. No response when confirmation is required. Having read of other hosts and guesthoses receiving late or no payments/vouchers, I thought it best to cancel the hold on the room. Even when I communicated this, this morning, no response received as yet. Hope the poor client does not arrive here none the wiser.
I’d have to say I’m absolutely disappointing… from the moment I purchased my tickets I feel like like I’ve received no support… it’s only a matter of days before I travel and still no assistance - I strongly advise against utilizing
Zero stars! I only selected one star as the option to POST requires a selection in that field. I have a six-roomed establishment in a small town in rural northern KZN and cannot afford to carry debtors for extended periods. For the last number of years I have battled to get payment from WINGS and eventually, in desperation, I signed a 30 day payment agreement with WINGS, however I still have to send constant reminders and still payment is often delayed for months. Unfortunately I need all the business I can get to keep afloat. Shortly after posting this review, I had a call from a very concerned lady at WINGS, who promised to have my outstanding invoices processed by close of business today. I appreciate her concern and will keep a watch out for positive results.

This is meant as constructive, we all need some of it at times :- Unfortunately not impressed, phones not answered, please consider diverting when staff is on leave, also divert emails, technology is available and it might do wonders for your efficiency and business, not to mention client's frustrations and stress levels :- Also accept the customer's version and verify discreetly, preferably not "Who told you 'Tom' is on leave?" I thought I said Tom's return email indicated ... but even if I didn't ... An apology if you made an error will also be appreciated Also, it's advisable when a big contract is awarded to gear up and expect challenging times However, please accept my apology if we are not always the clients you hoped for Lastly, all of the best with your business, especially after Lock-down Thank you for the opportunity Kind regards JS
