My questions were properly addressed, and the purchasing process was straightforward. The Yeti Portable Power Station was delivered by Wintec the same day and fully charged so we could use it straight away! The automatic change over switch was installed in the distribution board by the Wintec affiliated electrician, who did a professional job. We got the optional upsized charger which replenishes the battery in time for the next load shedding window. When load shedding starts, the lights flicker for a second and the system fails over to the battery without skipping a beat. I'm very pleased with the setup and can highly recommend the product and associated services.

Wintec Solutions and world class service go hand in hand. I purchased my YETI a few years ago. Service at the time of sales was great when a needs analysis was conducted and recommendations were made to meet my requirements. The after sales exceeded my expectations and continues to do so. Perino is an asset to Wintec Solutions. He is always available and willing to assist and goes out of his way to answer questions and provide solutions. I would recommend the Wintec Solutions team and their products which have been a blessing during the loadshedding challenges in South Africa.
In South Africa we have sadly become used to bad customer service - so what a pleasure it was to deal with a company and in particular, Perino Hanack, whose customer service excelled. Perino was knowledgeable, empathetic and went the extra mile and beyond to deliver an excellent experience. A real asset to the company!
