Wisanie Tzaneen

The service at your offices in Tzaneen leaves much to be desired. I went to claim on Friday and I was turned back because my documents were not completed. I understood and went back on Saturday morning with all the required documents only to be told that I won't be getting the money claimed because I missed a premium. I got home and checked the booklet only to find out that they didn't due their due diligence. The premiums were up to date. I went back again today and I was made to wait from 9 till half 11. I asked what the hold up was and they told me to wait. Why was I supposed to wait that long? And no one apologized but they blamed each other. What a frustrating experience.

Your service is excellent. Thank you for your quick response on my query about the drinks that were supposed to be served during the funeral. We have received the drinks this morning. Thank you for supporting us during trying times. Thumbs up to your team of friendly staff.

We laid my father to rest, and we had a lovely little service at Wisani. Nadia was very helpful and supportive towards my mother. It's highly appreciated on a day such as this. Beautiful premises.

We have been given a raw deal this week on burial of the main member Mrs Tshishonga at the Soekmekaar office. She had been a member for more than 20 years, and regardless of years the standard coffin offered didn’t satisfy us at all. We decided to move her to another funeral parlour with better offer to the family. Over and above the we were demanded to pay the storage fee of R3500 for the main member by Melita Baloyi. Rip off to our beloved grannies and fathers
