David is an absolute miracle worker and most professional. Quite possibly the best service I have received from a car rental agency. Five thumbs up David. Great Customer Service!!!
I am very satisfied with my experience renting from Wise Wheels. The team was able to assist last minute, was accommodating, and friendly. The pick up of the car was quick, and the car was even delivered to where I lived in CPT. The car was in tip top shape, and once the rental was finished, the drop off was as easy and quick. I was provided with an invoice for the fuel costs, and the price was exactly what was promised in terms of the rental. It is very pleasant to deal with genuine people that are not trying to take any advantage from their customers, especially with renting a car. I will definitely rent from this company again, and I would recommend it to anyone in need for a car for a short time in CPT.
Such an amazing and hassel free service. They meet you at the arrival hall, you sign a simple piece of paper and you are on your way! I do not understand why all other car companies cannot operate this way!

Having rented from David for the last couple of years when we work in Cape Town. I can highly recommend their service. If you need a car, speak to the owner David. They deliver my car to my guesthouse and collected it again from the airport drop-off. This is very cool, I don't have to run around and deal with a bunch of nonsense.

Best car hire experience ever! We scheduled a time to meet for delivery but we got held up in a restaurant and David tracked us down there and made the whole process just as smooth as possible. Great little Hyundai which worked fine for running around Cape Town. And then to top it all off, he had somebody fetch us and drive us to the airport to avoid the hassle of taking the car back. Thanks David, wonderful customer service all the way around!
Just want to acknowledge Wise Wheels -- who on a few hours notice made the phone calls to see what cars were returning - and tracked down a specific vehicle for us. They went beyond the call of duty and i will be using them again....Thank you
