From now on, for your convenience I will start tracking the power cuts outside of Loadshedding. 12 June: 09h00 to 15h50 13 June: 12h30 to 13h30 16 June: 20h48 to 20h54 24 June: 20h30 to 01h15 June 25 05 July: 20h30 to 22h20 Please, for your health and sanity, DO NOT BUY OR RENT HERE. The electricity issues faced due to Balwin incompetence alone are INSANE. You can go a whole weekend without electricity, AND IT IS NOT ESKOM. This is the 6th time it is happening this year and we are only in May. Their electricity infrastructure cannot service the units in the complex AND THEY ARE SELLING UNITS TO BUILD AGAIN. Complete insanity!! Nice amenities but what happens to all that when you do not have electricity? It collapses.
Dont buy or rent here! Same as many others have already said, constant power issues and water issues. Probably like 8 time in the last year we have had no power for 1 or 2 days. Every time new excuses for why this is happening, really bad that this has not been addressed even tho this has been a problem for like 3 years already. The units, complex and lifestyle centre is fine, but no use if you cant even have the basics here.
This complex is a joke. They have obviously made illegal electricity connections during construction. Our power goes off for days every month. Food all spoilt. Dead cold of winter. Na save your cash, absolute dumpster fire
Don't buy from this development, they conn you into buying from them. They take over a year and a half to register and transfer your apartment. You will have to pay occupational rent until the transfer that's for over a year and a half
Okay stop! Scroll and read some reviews about the electricity situation happening in this complex. We can go days without power on an almost monthly basis. I suspect something sinister with the electricity cabling which may come to haunt the Owners later with a massive bill. But DO NOT buy here until you have a written contract stating electricity is fine. Buyer/Tenant beware.
I bought here and would NOT advise anyone to buy here, the power is always off. even now as we speak the power is off. Eskom is always blamed even though other places near us do have power. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else! 2023 Update: Amenities are great. Generator fitted for lifestyle center for when power goes out. Power issues still persist.

There electricity disappears a lot here. Just unannounced and the problem never gets fixed, it stops for a while and comes back. Safe place but not good since there are electricity issues
