Gave her a massive project with a tight deadline due to unexpected circumstances and she was such a pro and handled a tough sad family situation with great care and grace. Really recommend Wizardz and Fiona- thank you! Scanned old photos to digital and also did printing
I would like to commend David at your Tygervalley branch for always giving consistent Great Service.
Worst possible service. I have a simple print and yet speaking to JC he made it sound almost impossible. Eventually he talked me out of using Wizardz services.
Fiona was super helpful and friendly over the phone. Quick to assist with prices and solutions. She also did a proper handover to the team before she left for the day and before I arrived. The rest of the team in-store were so friendly and patient, with my 6 month old right next to me. Can’t remember the name of the guy who helped me but he was really patient as well. Will be back. Thanks guys.
