This happened to my ring after only a month of wearing it : Please could I get a response from the owner as to how we proceed from here? The ring was put on a lay-by in December last year and collected late December/beginning January, for our wedding in November this year. I only started wearing it last month and this morning this happened. I am aware of the in-store policy, but this is not the quality that I expected from Wolf Bros, especially after only one month of actually wearing the ring.
Friendly, well-mannered, knowledgeable staff. Good selection of quality, "entry level" luxury and premium timepieces, jewelry and writing instruments. If they don't have a particular item in stock, they can source it for you.

I bought myself a gshock watch on the 15 February in canalwalk at wolf bros branch and I have notice the watch looks loose. I went back to show them and lady said it is normal. I want my money back they sell damaged watches.
Tanya was so amazing and helpful. Found my forever ring there, beautifully and lovingly created, heart of hearts design. Unique and beautiful designs. We went back and bought more items.
Came to the store to pick out a piece of jewellery. The store assistant, Pam, was very friendly and helpful. She was very knowledgable on the products and was of great assistance. She was also very patient and let us browse and showed us the items we wanted have a look at. Decided to buy the item and would definitely go back again. They have a nice variety of items to choose from and have great prices.
Went in to buy a mens wedding band - I was immediately assisted by their very friendly sales lady Angie. She made the purchase and exchange very pleasant. Would definitely recommend them to anyone! Great service

Angie is extremely friendly and helpful and knows how to get the job done.
My experience was ok, but ordinary. The lady who assisted me was friendly but I expected a little more in terms of service and allowing me to for example sit down when I try on the rings.
