I took my daughter's bicycle here to replace the tube in her tyre. Paid for the tube and extra for them to fit it. A week later, tyre was flat again. I tried to pump it up, and when i removed the pump, the fitting broke out of the tube. I went to Decathlon and bought.a new tube there and just asked my gardner to replace it. I was horrified when he showed me the broken tube. It was used and already had a patch on it. This means they took it to the back and replaced it with a "refurbished" already patched tube but charged me for a brand new one.
Never send your bike to this shop. You will regret it. My bike came back with more problems tgan what it went in for. Poor service and no customer ettiquette. The owner talks rubbish to customers, has no manners and regard. Go there at you own risk, you have been warned
Disgusted, about there service. Took the bike back after a service, crankshaft was loose. Was basically told it's not their Problem, after they stripped the bolt. What happened to trying to help customers to gain their business. Never going back again.

Very poor service, they just wanted me to pay, pay and pay, I took my bicycle there for full service but When I took it back it’s still had a punch.
