The store was amazing, for a shop in Mlazi I was amazed clean nd had everything we needed, we went there to get food for the elderly and it was fantastic tasted wonderful. They must install sensing hand sanitation though like in all other woolies in malls
Always taking a good care of your customers,cashier who help me went an extra mile for changing the liver that wasn't supposed to be on shelves it was left behind by mistake.Cashier went back to the fridge and take me the fresh one...Thank you

Great store, just wish they had more stuff that you would get at other rookies but it's a great store. Food always fresh.
Staff and management alike at customer service unhelpful. Will never ever shop there. There was a long queue and only one cashier at the food terminals mind you I'm 8 months pregnant and instead of opening another pay point the other cashier came to relieve the one that was there. Poor service
Great service, very clean and convenient. Downside is the small selection of Men's clothing...besides that it has all the best you would expect from a Woolies
Most stores not just limited to fashion stores have lower quality of service when they are located in townships but since the service and overall atmosphere of Woolworths is usually maintained regardless of locale then I have to say, I'm impressed
