Woolworths Phalaborwa

Worst Woolworths ever… Only two people managing the til, one stops to wrap gifts so there’s only one person managing the til. Stood in line for over 20min, mind you there was only two people ahead of us. Honestly I believe they have a high rating because it’s literally the only Woolworths in town. No competition so their service is just bad. Had a cleaner giving people buying flowers attitude because there was water dripping on the floor from the flowers, mind you there is only one rolling plastic station for the flowers with over 4 flower spots across the shop. Again, horrible service. They need serious improvement.

What a good shop indeed, you get the best quality clothes, the best fresh fruits and the atmosphere is very great, indeed you pay for what you get.

The Q took a bit of time .but guess it was during their busiest

Friendly and helpful staff but the food store is poorly stocked and dates on milk and general food are always terrible. It's clear that better planning is needed with orders.

Fruits and vegetables are always fresh,,,best rotisserie chicken,,,,and the best quality clothes truly all you need

Horrible very dangerous to park in front of store..people harrass you and you dont feel safe at all

This is a normal Woolies and very small, maybe it's because of the small town. What disappointed me the most is to buy a fruit cake loaf only to find later that is has expired. This isn't the Woolies standard I know.

One of my favorite grocery store the best food made with passion, different test, unique packaging, amazing customer service, expensive yet reasonable quality. I can spend my last cent in there. It's totally worth spending money. I love their products a lot.

Has something of everything. Really like that they have aircons inside and the food department is a bit small hut has what you need.

I appreciate that load shedding is a problem, but does Woolworths Phalaborwa have to close when most other large retailers are open. No warning given and we travel in to find store closed. You are losing customers to PnP and Checkers, maybe you don't care.
