While this may simply be regarded as a complaint by yet another "whining customer", I, nevertheless, maintain that it is important that it be brought to your attention, particularly given this person's position at reception, and, as such, the first impression given of SARS and its representatives. From the very start, the receptionist at the Alberton SARS branch was both unfriendly and unnecessarily rude without provocation to any questions I asked. As, instead of politely explaining to me why they would be unable to assist and offering me helpful suggestions as to what I could do going forward, she, instead, became increasingly irritated, belittling and demeaning in her responses to any questions asked. Furthermore, the SARS branch was almost deserted at the time, with very few customers in sight, and, as such, her rude behaviour could not be ‘justified’ by her having been exceedingly busy. Given that, as the receptionist, she is the first point of call upon entering a SARS branch and, in turn, she is also the first impression made of one, I trust that my complaint will not fall upon deaf ears.

For the most part this place works ... I observed that there is a bit of unequal treatment... Those of fairer skin tone get preferential treatment from security guards and staff. The rest of us just have to deal and accept whatever treatment we get.

On the 28 of july I just went to do my hair at sarhap and guess wat I had de most hospitality u guys are amazing thumbs up to Mpumi I love my hair thank you

Drove an hour to this branch, just to be told the system is offline. The Customs agent who told me this was lying. The system was not down.
