Reception wasn't so friendly. Although I have been a patient for many years they could not find my patient details. They kept asking if I'm paying cash but I told them I have medical aid. The optometrist was very friendly and helpful. Really impressed with her service. Real value for money.

I went to WOV on their clinic day. The appointment was on time, that is important to me. I was helped very fast and the test was explained and all my questions answered.  I was unable to collect my new spectacles the following day as we were leaving on holiday. I was willing to wait until we returned. But upon hearing my problem, the consult asked the lab and I only waited 45min and received my spectacles the same day!  I really appreciated the people going out of their way and willing to help without asking.  I will recommend World of Vision to anyone who is on a budget but still want a professional experience  Mrs Simpson

The service is quick and efficient. Walked in yesterday and I got a booking for the very next day! Got a sms for confirmation and the people there are very nice and always wanting to help! They have a wide range of specs very affordable! I recommend them

I have been a client for more than 5 years. I check in once a year to have my eyes tested and/or get a new frame and lenses. They are extremely professional and very helpful. From eye tests, a massive selection of frames and their on site spectacle repair and lens lab. Everything works together in unison. Customer service is excellent.

This morning I took my glasses in to them to see if they could help as my one arm had broken off. I went straight to the lab and the young man was so helpful. He didn't ask any questions...not even if I was one of their patients which I am. He also didn't come up with excuses of why they couldn't be fixed. Instead he made a plan and found a similar pair on display and swopped it out with my broken arm plus he gave me the other one incase the other side broke in future. All of this assistance at no cost at all. Very impressed. Thank-you for going above. Keep up the good work.
