Wyoming Spur Steak Ranch

Its a Spur. Got what I expected. Food and service was great. Spur is known for its steaks and burgers. It is licenced to sell alcohol. It is also child friendly with a play area. Very popular family restaurant. Conveniently situated in the Checkers centre in the middle of town. Kid-friendliness: There is an enclosed kiddies play area. Parking: Lots of parking in the mall parking area. Some shaded parking also available. Wheelchair accessibility: On ground level. Wheelchair accessible.

The Spur franchise is the Spur franchise but in Bredasdorp there are not many restaurants to choose from but we like the Wyoming Spur as they have carb conscious breakfast and my husband who is a diabetic loves their Nachos It is one of the few things on the menu he can eat but they are tasty and a very generous portion. Dietary restrictions: As mentioned, there is not a lot of choices for diabetics to eat from the menu but the carb conscious breakfast and Nachos are good options.

After ordering 500g lazy ages steak, waited an hour for food to arrive, I ordered my steak medium, on the plate was 2 250g steaks, one medium one well done. Sent it back. Second time round, I got a single steak badly cut at an angle so steak was from well done on the thin side to rare on the thick side. It was also not a lazy aged steak as it was extremely tough. To pay your prices and get such poor service and quality is absolutely ridiculous. Not the first time with some problem at Spur. This just spoils our night out as a family. There is an obvious lack of good management and standards. You will not be seeing me in your pathetic restaurant again. If you ever close down it is because you are too arrogant to take note of your customers and make changes.

My first time here in Bredasdorp. Small town. Spur not to big but very cozy. You are greeted by staff as you enter. Not enthusiastic enough. The place was not full. Very surprisingly for a Saturday night. Food was great. The usual high standard. They have a play area for the kids outside. Not sure if there is supervision.Food: 4/5

Because of loadshedding the selection were few. But our food were good. Our waiter was very kind and quick. He had a lot on his plate. The rest of the staff were not very friendly and the atmosphere were dull. Kid-friendliness: Kids menu and play area outside with supervision. Parking: Wide selection of parking.

Worst breakfast ever. Understand that it was during loadshedding, but we could have been told that bread can't be toasted. Don't know what happened to a part of a egg served to me. Chips were drenched in oil. Can't complain about bacon and slice of tomato. Took a photo for own reference Best part is that when we tour the Garden route we always make a detour from Hermanus to first have a breakfast at this Spur, but after the quality food we received we will give it a mis in the future.

18 December me, my toddler and in laws visited this establishment. Right from the get go everything was a mess: 1 - overall: first Spur I always go to Spur who is not geared for loadshedding, not even lights in the toiletsI kid you not. The kids play area is outside, no roof. The generator is at the entrance. 2 - service - the waiter I was lucky to get, gave us chipped and dirty cups. Did not bring enough cutlery even the manager noticed but did do nothing about it. 3 - all until this was okay? but this was the one that got me: The lady watching the children left her post. My child 3 got confused, walked out of the spur, WHILE THE STAFF LOOKED until other customers called and I got him. So, in conclusion. This spur is NOT KID FRIENDLY. HORRIBLE SERVICE and NOT GEARED FOR LOADSHEDDING. One last remark, while the shopping Centre was very busy, only a handful of tables were seated... I wonder why. Kid-friendliness: NOT KID FRIENDLY

The service this time was very poor as the waitress disappeared for a long time and left our table unattended....

4th or 5th visit, always fairly enjoyable. This tome however the runner was a little over eager so my plate was nearly removed before I was done.Food: 5/5

This place is like a Denny's, food was alright, nothing special and nothing I would recommend but not horrible either. The quesadilla definitely lacked cheese. Needed way more was mostly tortilla but the burgers were decent. If you have kids its a good environment for it. They have fountain soda. Shakes were enjoyed. The waitress was nice. Probably wouldn't go there again but wouldn't run after people and tell them not to go there either.
