Very poor service wont buy from them again. They don't take your calls when you phone or respond to any messages sent. Ordered 2 kits of coilovers. Only received one kit and the drop links supplied was also incorrect. Wont suggest buying from them even if their price is much cheaper. you will regret it.

I purchased Hid kits and park lights from this company...I never recieved my park lights for my car and when i follow up and they dont respond to emails or phone calls.. customer service is non existent with xclusivmodz. I paid for a service and they cannot honour the transaction..this is going on for almost 2 weeks..now i am having a issue with the hid kits also now after fitment and they will not take my calls...

Their service is awesome. Very knowledgeable and willing and able to assist with all queries and information.

Wasted my time and energy looking for the place. No signs along the road. Phone always goes to voicemail.
