I booked for manicure and pedicure on phone, I was told its R390 total cost,to my surprise afterwards the total cost for my treatments was R640 in total, worst pedicure ever, horrible foot filing,the lady who did my acrylic set overcharged me, they don’t tell you any upgrades you will be shocked when paying afterwards she even complained that she was feeling tired, it was really annoying Never will i visit that place againServices: Pedicure
Worst experience ever, I didn't book for an appointment but atleast to give attention and say something but dololo,was there almost 30 minutes without a word.
If you care about the way you present yourself, Exotic nails is the place to go for a perfect beauty therapy that will make you feel like a new person.
Such a lovely place , Sharon was very good, and the Ladies all really friendly calming place
Love these ladies and every single set I've had done for over the past year.
I'm disappointed with the service received where as it was my first time there. I came in on Friday for price enquiries and to find out if I can set an appointment or they only accept walk in clients. The receptionist confirmed that it is walk in clients accepted. I ensured I came in at 9 to be at least one of the 1st clients to be there. Which I was not, there were 4 ladies in front of me. However I can see that there were others who just arrived and are given more attention. When I ask why other ladies are coming in front of us she tells me that they are appointment based only. I told the reception I specifically came on Friday on how they work as I have never been there before. Why did she not tell me about an appointment that I would need to set up. Mind you I was not even sure who will be next because if the next booking for an appointment comes through I will need to wait! I cannot say how they nails, I walked out as I was annoyed after wasting my time for 2 hours waiting to be served.
