I bought my first dealership car with them. The staff was very friendly. The car seems to be in good condition. So far, so good. Hopefully, it stays that way. The paperwork was quick and easy.

Purchased a vehicle from them. The sale section was excellent however the car service division is terrible. How does your car go in for a service working and returns after the service with problems? They further order a part and advice they would call within a week in order for you to make arrangements again to bring your car for the installation of the part, 2 weeks later and still waiting for the part to arrive with you needing to follow up with them, not them calling to keep you updated. And now the car gives problems and it becomes your baby not theirs.

I recently had to purchase a vehicle and after looking for some time I found one at this branch. I contacted Andy and this was the beginning of one of the best customer service experiences I have ever received. It's not just about the sale but making sure the customer is happy. Zane Carr and Andy has been exceptional in their service, always keeping me updated and informed and assisted me with making a sound financial decision. They had the world of patience with me i am such a flip flopper but the still made me feel as though I was the most important person. The after sale car has also been outstanding. Sadly there were minor faults that needed to be fixed which they did, Zane kept me informed throughout and giving me a courtesy vehicle so that I am not completely stranded while fixing what needed to be fixed. When I received my car it was detailed perfectly. I had an incident with my car recently and again Andy came through with a referral to get it fixed. I will recommend that you give these guys a try when you are considering purchasing a vehicle. Thank you Andy and Zane for making my first car buying experiencing such a good one.

So far my experience with this dealership has been impeccable, I purchased a vehicle from them just over a month ago. As my career is quite demanding it is tough to make time and get away, but they have been accommodating. Although I must say that they have made me certain promises, which includes fixing of things on the car that I saw when I purchased it and things that came up after driving it a little while. These are things that you don't see immediately. I am waiting to see if these promises are going to be followed through on. As it is easy to promise just to get the sale. Let's see what happens. And I'll update this review. ---------------- 07 August 2019 I said I would update the review. I must take my hat off to this dealership and it's employees. They made sure that what needed to be done was done. There are a few things that I will need to tend to, but I guess certains things comes along with purchasing a second hand car as apposed to a brand new one. I want to thank Imperial for there efforts. And I will be back when the time comes to make another purchase. Thanks Tian Reagon

Recently purchased a vehicle here that I saw online, was very impressed with the pricing and the service I received.

Wynand is the best salesman I have come across. Excellent service and go the extra mile to try and assist to find the perfect car. Pity I couldn't finish the purchase. : I will definitely return to Wynand for my next purchase.

If I could choose zero stars I would. Its in response to a 2015 Renault Captur which was R152900Last week,R144900This weekand R154900Today. I responded to the advertisement querying the price fluctuations which I received a call from Justin when I asked why the price changes he dropped my call. I messaged them again which Justin called me again when I asked him again why the price change his response is that his just a salesman and "his" not "manipulating" the prices which I said then we don't need to take this any further and he dropped my call again. Justin should be trained to deal with disgruntled clients and should have the necessary phone etiquette Or even common senseto bite on his tongue and say have a nice day sir/ma'am and sorry for the inconvenience.

Awful experience. Bought 2nd hand Renault and have had very bad if not non-existent after-sales service. Not impressed!
