I purchased a car this week, with sales consultant Imran. He was great, very attentive and answered all my questions, despite it being pretty busy in there, Imran made sure i was taken care of. His patience and knowledge did not go unnoticed. This was far the best auto experience I have ever had. The car was presented perfectly, and feels exactly like a brand new car. Furthermore, excellent finance dept, my finance was done by Xquisite Auto, trying to get the best deal for me. Well done to Xquisite Auto and team. i would recommend Xquisite auto to anyone looking for a great car.

Second time in 2 years purchasing a vehicle from xquisite. Deal with Andrew who is an absolute star from start to finish. I see what cars he advertises and then choose from there. He is honest and I have found the management to also be very fair and obliging. The standard set is very high and dealing with them is so easy and professional. They follow up, inform what is going on and are just a cut above the rest. change cars every 2 years for past 20 years and am sticking with them for good now. we are fussy and thorough and have found them to be most accommodating and helpful.well done on running a great business with ethics and hang on to Andrewhe's an incredible representative of xquisite.
Customer please beware of this dealership. I was interested in purchasing a vehicle. The salesperson Zakiya didnot disclose to me that the vehicle had paint work done, but instead told me the vehicle was in a brand new condition. When they had sent me the OTP, it was listed that I the customer was aware of the paint work done, but it is a lie. Unacceptable that xquisite auto deals with customers with lies.
I bought a 2015 BMW 135i F20 from Xclusive auto being assisted by Nazreen. The car was in excellent condition. The level of service i received was beyond belief. Nazreen went above and beyond to make sure the deal went through smoothly. Special mention to the Reena from finance as well, she got me the best possible financing deal. Back to Nazreen even after sale she made sure i was sorted as there was a little hiccup with a part but it was sorted out without any hassle or questioning. It's great to see that there are still Good dealerships that are customer satisfaction focused. If you in the market for a proper vehicle i highly recommend Xclusive auto and Nazreen for the best possible service.
Whatever you do, don't buy a car from this place, if they ask you for a holding deposit don't give it to them. Make sure you ask for a Dekra inspection sheet. These cars are not in the condition they say they are in. Don't sign any OTP's and make sure that you check the vehicle you are buying. The Manager Yash has leaked information to a friend that they are adjusting the MILEAGE'S on these vehicle's and this is worst place to buy a vehicle from. Don't get caught.
Top class cars in immaculate condition so if you haven't been there then I strongly recommend it. Excellent dealership and the service is great,easy and made simple. I would go back there anytime.
