Outstanding customer service!!! A huge thank you to Andrew. We has stored the contents of our house with Andrew for more than two years due to work commitments out of town. On a few occasions we were at the site to retrieve some items. Our things were kept in excellent condition and there was always a friendly smile at each visit. Has been an extremely pleasant experience dealing with Xtraspace Willowton from the very first day. Staff is always professional, courteous and goes the extra mile with superb customer service. Pricing is also very reasonable... I have absolutely no regrets with utilising them as my preferred storage provider
Andy and his team made the whole process of storage a pleasant experience. The Willowton storage facility is well maintained and neat and I had no concerns regarding safety and security of my household belongings for the duration of my use of their premises. I have no hesitation in recommending them highly if you are looking for a safe secure storage space which is very professionally managed and all at a rate that is competitive. Friendly service but very bad roads that are still not repaired in over a year since my previous visit
It was a pleasure dealing with Nisha. She made the process a smooth and pleasant one .A credit to your Company.
So many units available in different sizes. I have 3 units, each being about 2m by 4m. Just wish they were open on every Saturday, but they only open first and last Saturday of the month.
It's the best place....
