FmS Wine Marketing has been renting various storage units at Xtraspace Cape Town for more than ten years. Throughout assistance has always been most professional. Sandra Brin, the current branch manager for some time, and all her colleagues are always most accommodating. Since 2020 we upgraded twice with considerable help from her and her team. We'll definitely continue in such manner.
Johann Pieterse is a thief...He owes Richard Stannard from Canada R10 500.00...the his number was given to us by the ladies with all the tatoos that works at Xtra space when they contact Xtra space to speak to Rowen Arendse the branch manager then his busy or in meeting.
My overall experience just under 5 yrs was 'pretty painless'; extremely safe & convenient and also cost effective, for the most part. I would recommend Xtraspace to anyone in need of efficient/affordable storage facility. The only thing I had a slight issue with/would advise be re-addressed is the amount charged as penalty for late payment...it is a bit high, in my opinion..."things do happen in life". I have rarely ever come across people in the service industry with such attention to detail and responsiveness as Sandra and Hamish at Xtra Space. They go the Xtra 100 miles. A warm welcome, nothing is too much trouble, very good security, very polite security staff and convenient facility. You do your company, the industry and SA proud! Keep up the wonderful work.
Trevor and Sandra was very helpful through the application process and at the end of my contract. Their rental space is centrally located and easily accessibly with friendly security staff. Will definitely use Xtraspace again.
So much more than just self-storage! Sandra and her colleagues have made the process of setting up a remote base for our work nothing short of fantastic. From the administration process to offering a professional courier service, to receiving goods on our behalf, everything has gone like clockwork. World Class - give these folk a Bells!
The rental space is located close to the airport and easily accessible. Thank you Trevor for all your help. You and Sandra are a great team. I will definitely use Xtraspace again and recommend it for short or long term storage.
I had the entire contents of my flat moved from Gauteng to Cape Town - the Xtra Space team were great when I was looking for storage and facilitated the delivery of my goods to their storage facility. I have always had extremely good interactions with the XtraSpace team members and found it useful to have access to my things 24/7! Keep up the good work
