Matthew is a really great trainer. He is so patient and pushes you to do your best. I feel so encouraged when I attend training and can really get a good workout in. The people in the class are also really great and it's super comfortable

This is not just a club, this is family! Sensei Matthew is an amazing instructor,  he is patient and kind and makes an effort to push you to do your ultimate best. The culture at the club is one of caring and good sportsmanship. We care for each other, we encourage each other and we celebrate everyone's victories. This is home!

Been training here for about a month now. Extremely friendly and welcoming atmosphere, top tier coach who explains and demonstrates everything perfectly. A welcoming place for the experienced fighters or people looking to try something new or for those who want to stay fit. Overly recommended, a great and enjoyable workout everytime!

XKT Benoni is truly an awesome Kickboxing Club, Sensei Matthew is very knowledgeable and a very good instructor, would recommend to anyone looking into getting into Kickboxing and MMA.
