Charmaine is a kind and caring instructor for both adults and kids, her dedication to each individuals journey is inspiring. The kids girls and boys alike love the classes and each session teaches more self-discipline with regards to breathing, taking a moment this helps with anxiety and learning new things! Highly reccomended!
Absolutely fantastic! I've been doing adults yoga with Charmaine for about 2 years now and I am still loving it! Charmaine adds the extra personal touch of making sure each lesson is targeted at what your needs and limits are, helping you grow in yoga. Such an enjoyable, relaxing atmosphere!
We have recently started with Charmaine and she is the best of the best. My daughter loves her classes and looks forward to it every week. The classes are truly extraordinary and each child is made to feel part of the group, charmaine is also sure to attend to each child's needs. Charmaine you are amazing and what you do is exceptional
Charmaine is a great yoga instructor. She is always aware of each student's unique requirements and takes her time with each person accordingly. Charmaine puts great effort and much planning into each of her classes and I truly enjoy yoga with our caring and capable Yogini. Fu and beneficial classes for all ages.
My daughter's and I all attend yoga at Zen Zoo. Charmaine is an awesome teacher. She cares about each one of us as individuals and teaches us accordingly. Always ready with a huge smile of encouragement as well as a positive word.
Charmaine is a caring and knowledgeable instructor. She varies the classes each week so I never feel that I’m stagnating in my yoga practice. I really enjoy every class that I attend.
Lovely small yoga studio full of care and good feelings. My own body limits all the benefit that is available there. Love it.
