I have visited the salon the first time in February 2022. The service was great and excellent! I was a bit bloated for the first few days. I have seen incredible results within the first week! My cloths, especially my pants was looser and much more comfortable. I have lost a lot of centimetres and weight. I cannot wait for my results after my second session.

I had the most amazing experience today, Teresa was understanding and very patient with me. She explained everything and even gave me a couple of tips. I'm definitely going back for other treatments.

Teresa is such a big crook. I was chatting with her on whatsapp and she told me what the procedure was and gave me the rules and regulations and told me to pay a deposit to book a spot. I did just that, however a few days to my appointment I told her that I was going out of the country impromptu and I wasn't sure when I was going to be back. I asked her if she could please refund my money and she agreed and asked for my banking details. After a few weeks the money didn't reflect and when I asked her about it she started insulting me and telling me that she can't refund it even though she had earlier agreed to it. Her services aren't professional and she takes days before she can respond. I have also seen your response below and I trust you were going to say that as usual. Anyway I have proof and messages and proof of payment

I would like to declare this salon as a SCAM! If you are thinking of using their service please save your money. Firstly the lady Teresa is RUDE. The equipment is OLD, the salon looks nothing like the pictures. She is literally running a fraud salon. PLEASE READ ALLL THE BAD REVIEWS because all the good reviews she wrote them herself and her fraud family. She needs to be checked and reported authorities. When we told her about her bad service and false salon she replied with laughing emojis!! Since I can’t respond to your response I will continue here. Post our pictures and the POPIA will deal with you. You can’t dismiss us because you gave us VERY bad service, the people reviewing your business are the same accounts! All your bad reviews are literally saying the same thing! We can’t all be lying

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Absolutely terrible service and the lady is SO rude. Not only is the service terrible but the whole salon is a joke. Save your money and go somewhere else. I wish I had read all the bad reviews before I went to this crook place

I had a good experience Teresa is very friendly and made me to feel welcome. She explained every detail about the treatment. I am now waiting to see the results!

This place has no sense of service... little to no responses on whats app even after being "read" hours later. Don't recommend. Response to your msg below: I was trying to become a client of your business. Ratings have no benefit to me other than helping others not waste their time. You over and over again just "read" my msgs and didnt bother to respond. FYI whats unasked for is offering up a service you cannot even serve. KIND REGARDS Nicole

Great service received, Teresa is wonderful, explains everything thoroughly before performing any treatments on you. The fat freezing session is not as bad as I thought it would be. I like the professionalism and kindness Teresa has. I'm definitely coming back for more sessions
