Yurok Spur Steak Ranch

What a shocking evening!! In town for some business so opted for Spur as your expect a certain level of food and service. Turns out not to be the case. It started with having to beg for service after 15 minutes of being ignored. Then we endured waitershaving a shouting match about who was gonna serve us. We waited another 20minutes for drinks.... And the place was maybe 40% full. We both had chicken schnitzel..... We waited forever anf had to beg someone to bring our food after seeing it come out the kitchen. So it was almost cold when we got it. The chips were old and soggy, the onion rings were watery and soggy too. Chicken was however very good. We waited for ever again for our bill and started leaving before they bothered.... Shocking shocking shocking. Never again.

Thank you for a great service and our waitress Confidence was so professional and the kids had a great time however they should take a look at the volume of the sound system when singing for birthdays as the volume was open fully even the speakers were complaining some of the kids had to cover their ears me included, the singing and dancing brings life to the restaurant and only the sound volume is of concern ... Kid-friendliness: The kids zone is fairly safe and the woman looking after the kids is alert and doing a great job

Not the best service. We had to go a call a waiter to take our order. The bacon was half raw. Didn't want to waste further time as we were heading home to KZN. If you in a hurry give this place a miss.Food: 1/5

The waitress Ashante was very nice and gave use the best service with kindness and professionalism. The down side was the Malva pudding which was rubbery and tasted more like a scone to me.

Probably the best spurs I've ever been to, their food is super great omd! I ordered 16 wings that came with fries and some onion rings....I loved the taste of all my food, the wings were super soft and not hard to chew, the sauce was adequately spread over the wings.....I loved loved it!! Thanks.

Tasty Satisfying Meal My wife and I, whilst visiting Phalaborwa, from Kruger Park, had lunch at Yurok Spur. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and shown to a table. The pleasant cordial waiter, after handing over the menu took our order for drinks. Alcoholic and non-Alcoholic drinks are available. On serving the drinks, he took our order for the meals. It did not take long for the meals to arrive. Our dishes chicken salad, crumbed mushrooms and cheesy garlic prawns were tasty indeed. We were so contented that we ordered two more take-away meals for dinner, later in the evening, at our bungalow in Kruger. The toilet facilities are clean. There is free Wi-Fi. There is ample public parking in front of the restaurant.

Calamari wasn't as good as usual but it's only today, everything else was great as usual. The staff is always so helpful, from the waitron Thulani, the cleaning staff/kiddies supervision to the managers. Tasha is the absolute best, has been for years. I definitely will never forget the nr of times she came through for me and other customers in my presence and with so much skill. Tends to be a bit noisy especially on Saturday's and then sounds more like a tarven. Overall, wonderful place to go to with the kids

Marry was so good to us,she made us to enjoy our meals and refreshments at spur. We would love to be served by her again and again!
