The problem i have with this place is punctuality of the medics. I was booked for 2pm only for the medic to arrive at past 3pm. With no explanation no nothing, as if my time doesn't even matter. Like have nothing better to do with the 1hr which was taken from me while waiting. One should consider taking legal action against such behavior. I feel like we're being undermined at this hospital as if we are not paying, they're just doing you a favor.
This hospital if you dnt know any of the staff member you will que forever. We have been here from 18:00. So many patients who came after us are being assisted and we are been told it's emergency patients. My concern is if I came at 18:00 it means I am also a emergency. Nurses are going up down the past 1 hour and 30 minutes. I respect Zamokuhle nurses.
I went to theatre for an op, on Tuesday 20 Sept 2022..when I came back I was in pain, the nurse was very impatient..the night shift nurses did not attent to emergency call from maternity ward.. there is no sense of emergency in that hospital.. I think they are taking advantage that we are black, but we are paying a lot of money. The food is something else..How on earth do you serve plain white rice,roasted verges and fried chicken.it's for the first time in my life experiencing such bad service in a private hospital, I have been to Life Carstenhof in Midrand more than twice and I would still recommend it to people. The only reason I gave Zamokuhle a benefit of a doubt is because of the goodness of Dr SetatiGynecologist,he is good and very friendly,otherwise I will never set my feet in the hospital ever.Even the phamarcy,you wait forever, they just don't have sense of emergency. I would however give A venda Sister in maternity ward who was in for day shift,she is lovely,I just forgot to note her name,she is very accommodating and theatre staff delayed us by 30 min,but after all good,they are very friendly,Sesi mokgadi at theater God bless you and your colleagues. The hospital is clean though.
You don't want to come here in trying to save your health. Incompetence and nurses/sisters are not knowledgeable, most especially those who work daily shifts. No punctuality and too much negligence. Please don't set your foot here. Doesn't even deserve rating nor being a private care centre. Consider other private health facilities. I'm currently here, medical ward and the service is really bad. I regrett. I repeat. Don’t come here.
I have been admited before under Dr moagi ME with an excellent service i received on the 11/08/2022 staff was great. Unfortunatrly on 09/10/2022 i went to casualty hoping i will get assisted as i was in so much pain, the investigation was not even relation to wat i came here for,she gave me pain meds witj drip then send me home while i was still in pain.The doctor and nurse made me feel uncomfortable, looking at me in a strange as if there is something wrong with me. When i arrive the nurse told the paramedic in from of me they he should not come back with more patients,nurse and doctor where complaining about being busy where as it is their duty to help us.i wouldnt recomand this hospital casuality site, i was not happy what a waste of going there.
It all started when I was 7 weeks pregnant, my first visit to Dr Moagi will always be remembered. Thank you for saving my pregnancy, I never thought I will carry full term but you made it possible. If I were to fall Pregnant again I’d still choose you . You are the best gynaecologist I’ve ever had.
my stay at this hospital was a 100,from reception,security all the way to the staff members! oh and the lady that serves food at maternity ward , love her, sadly i forgot her name but i am definitely going to deliver my second baby at this hospital, thank you dr Khalema
I had a challenge with my left side then I was taken to Zamokuhle Private Hospital by paramedics, only to be told that they can't do anything as the symptoms had subsided. The following day I went to see another doctor who took it upon himself to check the reason behind the sickness, blood tests and most of the tests were done.
Tjeeer It felt like I was at a public hospital. The stuff there have no regard for the patience. So loud and impatient. Only the Doctors were up to standard. The matron ddnt even great lol .I went to get my CT scan done I told the nurse that it was uncomfortable this lady raised her voice at me and told me I was old enough for that pressure or else we can leave Wait What I have had 4 CT scans done in my life and that was the most Uncomfortable ... I'd rather die on my way to a Hospital in Midrand than even go back to Zamokuhle haaaai noh .
A wonderful private hospital found at kasi Tembisa. My own personal visit was splendid, I was there taking my niece. The staff was friendly and helpful from the receptionist, cleaners and security guard. A special mention to a white female doctor who attended to my niece, she's simply the best.
