The service is very poor, they are slow and rude. The only person that knows how to treat people right it's the gentle man from the reception.....as for the volunteers they should really get some sort of training or induction.....batho pele principles are not practiced at all at Zondi Clinic....the lady doing meseals campaign on the 16th Feb 2023 YOU ARE VERY RUDE...

They lack customer service at that clinic a patient could be dying and they will be going up and down, not busy with anything when you ask for help they will tell you it's not their department or give you an attitude, the nurses there are super rude, the reception area is not in order, you get there they tell you they don't have meds........ What kind of a clinic operations with "ayikho" the service is nje in that clinic
