Zone Fitness Promenade

Came to this branch because it was the only on the area that has backup generators - This was the only good thing. When I came in, there was no one at the front desk. I couldn't identify any of the staff except for one cleaner. Now, I know what I'm about to say isn't exactly the branches fault, but I do feel it's the kind of culture that should be instilled. I also know that this kind of thing happens everywhere... But at this branch, the amount of people that don't rack up the weight when they're done is just too much. I feel that it needs to be enforced and properly enforced. This will breed a type of culture that will filter down. Also, It was around 6 AM when I started my workout and the place already smelled like sweat as if people were working out whole day. My overall experience at this branch is bad. Kudos for having a generator, but that's about the only thing good here. I remembered seeing a machine that had a snapped cable... Now I don't know when it happened but there wasn't any signage to say it was out of order.

Many machines inside but quite petite space, no swimming pool, neither steam room.

The gym itself is fine. I think the weights area is not female friendly. I think there needs to be more yoga/pilates classes as offered at other locations. An idea would be to add a plus size friendly yoga class for beginners.

It was awesome! Been gyming at ZONEFITNESS! Love the consistency of help of the employees and most definitely the covid rules they have in place ensuring our safety!

Great staff friendly mostly S/O to Clyde always friendly and smiling do come with your own toolbox in your gym bag because the machines are always busted

The place is very nice also nice vibe and the service is good when u step In the place the people by the reception is always smiling they always willing to help u when you need something so good guys keep it up

It's actually a nice environment, specially coz I'm kinda new to the area and new 2nd time around with gyming. I just started recently again with training. But it's a cool gym spacious and very courteous ppl and trainers. Defs check it out if it's in your area and you wanna sign up.
