Awesome experience .  The service my daughter received was excellent. The service was very great from the receptionist to the end. Nurses are very friendly and well trained. Communication from the doctors and nurses  .

The service is not so bad but some nurses should learn to communicate with patients. There was a nurse who brought pills for me after I did a c section and she dumped them on the table and left. I could not walk or sit up. Nurses also seem to be overloaded with work. There were times where I needed help with feeding my baby and I was not getting help immediately. At one point one nurse told me that baby formula was finished and if I have mine I should go and make for myself because they were very busy.

This is the best in patience services, treatment is absolutely top. Staff is very friendly, and I mean very friendly. I love the unity of all staff from security all the way in, clenlaners, administrators, nurses, Dr's, every single person smiles at you regardless of anything.... And it's totally clean, one could eat on the floor.. Keep it up

The administration staff gave me comfort and ease of heart when my father was sick. They booked him in without physical payment, just a proof of payment. Being overseas and so far way from home i was worried sick ,but they  would update me on how he was doing an the procedures they were doing to help him. Unfortunately it was too late  may dad passed on at the hospital. Im so greatfull that even though i was not physically there, he spent his last days with caring staff at Zoutpansberg hospital. Thank you Caroline, Jolene and others  who made my dad`s stay  at Zoutpansberg private hospital comfortable.

Even though the hospital staff is nice and the place is clean, the doctors and hospital is more concerned about racking in money than the welfare of the patients... If you cannot pay the money they want then you are screwed... there is a state facility in town, however all the doctors here in town refuse to assist you if you go there. It is only at this private hospital of which they are the owners of that they will assist you.  This is a shame on any medical profession and a very bad reputation for the medical profession

I can't even describe how much love the staff show me. They treated me and my child like we were their first patients. Keep it up zoutpansberg staff.

I had a surgery procedure in this hospital  the staff was excellent. This was my first hospitalization in my life and I was afraid of being in the hospital, but after their treatment I love this hospital  Don't go toitoo far people of Vhembe District be close to where your family can visit you while you in the first class hospital.

Great service... professional and friendly nurses who will make small talks just to make u relax... easy parking and friendly staff who know what they are doing. I probably spent 15 minutes tops at the place.

This place is worse than a public hospital shameful that you charge so much money and the service and stuff here have bad attitude especially the nurses, don't waste your money here rather go to a public hospital

The staff at this hospital are extremely professional and friendly. I was in the maternity ward for 3 days and their service was beyond excellent
