This company is as advertised. They follow through on their precise actions of calling ahead of time with friendly instructions. The driver, Ramon, showed up to my house and was very friendly and knowledgeable as well as very skilled at carefully unloading and placing the pods exactly where I needed them. He took extra steps to be cautious to not damage anything around the area although I don't think he would have been close to it. I appreciated the extra measures of customer service And Timely representation. I would definitely and highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a Pod company, especially for the value of cost versus other companies. Thank you for the great customer service. I’m surprised at all the terrible reviews of pack rat because my experience was the complete opposite. The price was significantly lower than the competitors and it was easy to book my pods. They also make it easy to cancel pods if you no longer need it. We originally did 2 pods then canceled them sending the second when we got all our stuff packed in the first. I will say that my move was local so I didn’t have any of the issues people have had with delivering on time. Many people try calling, but if you cancel or update your order from the website you don’t have to wait on the line for 30mins. I would recommend them to anyone doing a local move. Andre dropped off our pod and he did an excellent job. He even placed the pod on the far far side of our driveway and was very careful and conscientious. We would definitely use this service again.

We had a great experience with packrat! Mark dropped off our bin and Andre picked it up and they were both incredibly friendly, accommodating and fast! They offered great advice and were so courteous and professional! Can’t recommend those guys enough!

Yadira was very thorough on calling before she left to confirm and give me an ETA. She worked with me on placing the container where I wanted it to go. I will recommend pack rat to all my friends. Great customer service and prices very competitive. Thank you and I hope the rest of the service is the same when we receive our unit in Ohio.

I will never rent a truck again! I rented a 16 foot container from Pack Rat AZ at the most competitive price around. Mark, our driver, exceeded expectations in placing our container just right. It was 113 degree at 4 pm so that was no easy feat! We can take a couple of days or a couple of weeks to pack..in the evening or early AM and just as much time as we need to unload. Pack Rat also offer mo to mo storage so take a vacation.move in when you're ready.

Mark was right on time with the delivery of our 16 ft unit. He was careful, friendly and had it right were we wanted it actually were he suggested which is the best location. Experience is the difference maker and it was much appreciated. Thanks again Mark!!

What a seamless process! We had a cross country move. The initial drop off was on time, we moved the pick up time to bring the pod to storage without a problem. We moved the drop off to the new place three times, all without a problem. Our drop off at the new house was from Yadira and she was so sweet. She tried so hard to drop it in our driveway but it just wouldn’t work. So she found a great spot in front of the house. She also picked up when we were done. A really nice driver. The entire experience couldn’t have been better - including the price! Would use them again if I was moving cross country.
