These guys are great. They cmae out quick, within the hour, when we needed them. Thier tech was super personable and explained everything. They worked with the insurance and took care of it all. Great company to work with!

1-800-Water Damage is AWESOME! We had to call them because the carpet in our brand new house was soaking wet with water coming out of the tub. It was Saturday afternoon in Washougal! Who are ya going to call?? The 1-800 tech was at our house within an hour and took care of the matter quickly. He was super knowledgeable and friendly. He removed the water and had fans going to help dry out the carpet. We were so thankful that we called 1-800 because we were able to move in to our new house on time as scheduled. Thanks so much!!

These are people you hope you never need, but are REALLY GLAD they exist when you do! Patti is super helpful, and this is an overall great organization.

We had a sewage back up in our house and they were here and working in less than an hour. They cleaned and sanitized everything, then set up drying equipment to make sure we didn't get mold. Patrick was professional and polite. Communication was great and they even billed my insurance company for me. Hopefully I never need them again, but if I do, I wouldn't call anyone else. Excellent service.
