How is this company still in business ? The first time I used them I thought maybe was just a bad day for the dispatch and driver but then gave them another try. Dispatch wouldn't answer the phone and after they did, driver never showed up. I will never use this company again. I give them one star as no stars is not an option.

I'm only giving them 1 star because they only have two good drivers who actually care about their customers.
Other than that they are terrible at customer service and creeps. Honestly they need to keep the only two good drivers they have , get rid of the jerks, creeps and not take forever to get people.

In the past they definitely had some issues with very long waits and drivers who didn't seem to know what they were doing, but since 2015 they've been reliable. My go-to cab for getting to the Cedar Rapids airport.

Over priced cab fair and cars, bad drivers, and they rip off employees and the owner is a total jerk.

Never use them!!! Their fees are ridiculous and drivers aren't courteous.
