Worst smoke shop ever. Every experience has been the worst. Purchased a scale while the employee was checking if it works properly the rudest employee I noticed it's not the kind I wanted so I asked to exchange it she hit me with the "all sales are final you can speak to our manager" last time I go there. Don't even get me started on all the times I bought a vape 2400 puffs but failed ti work next day. They don't treat there customers with care. Only see them as a extra dollar in there pocket.

Fantastic customer service. I came in at 9:48 when they closed at 10 thinking I would be rightfully rushed but the employee could tell I wasn’t sure what I was buying and he broke it all down for me and It was super helpful. Couldn’t have done it without him, and he stayed until 10:05 helping me. As I’ve worked retail for years, I know how much it sucks to stay even one minute passed your shift. Totally selfless, super cool selection as well, very wide variety of glass.

If convenience, courtesy, and good help are what you look for in a smoke shop, search on no further. The store's staff is always friendly. They seem more than happy to accommodate you, answer all of your questions, and make for a pleasant shopping experience. The store is loaded with various smoking accessories, commodities, and hardware. All of the glass pipes I have purchased have been good quality, thick glass. I never have any issues shopping here.
