1 West Dupont Circle Wine And Liquor

All of my experiences here have been very pleasant. They have a really nice selection of just about everything. Most notable are the bitters! They have just about every kind of bitters you can think of. Staff has been pleasant during all of my visits. Helpful without being pushy. Prices are pretty reasonable for DC. Some bottles are better deals than others but worth checking out regardless. I've not checked out their wine selection so can't speak to that but can say that their liquor selection is worth checking out.

In town for some vaca. Stopped in here several times during our stay. Selection for wine etc is awesome. After my purchase today, I spoke with the owner, and stated that this is one of the finest customer service driven places I have been recently. Every employee is over the top willing to help out from finding a product to carrying it to the counter for you. Definitely recommend!!!

Spare yourself the disappointment of doing business with 1 West Dupont Circle Wines and Liquors! Ordered a bottle Wigle PA Bourbon for a friend whom collects and seems to have everything but this one. Here's my experience thus far: -Paid for 2 day shipping, got here in 6 days with no tracking # ever sent -Paid for gift wrapping, item didn't get giftwrapped -Bottle labels in poor condition pics attached -Called about 4 days after the order, was connected to somebody working the counter at the store whom I could barely hear poor connection and whom took 4 or so minutes to "connect" so he could check my order. Was able to get a delivery date and tracking number, but when asked about the breach of two-day shipping, he stated he "did not deal with that" so.... -Sent an email to their "info" address basically recounting all this and with pics and have received no response. Very POOR customer experience. Do business with ANYONE else!

Once I went for a UberEat pickup order and dropped my wallet, they immediately contacted Uber service and had them call me, thus I was able to get my wallet exactly the way I had left. Thanks to their consideration.

A good selection of liquor but don't buy any wine from them. I bought a very expensive bottle of vintage champagne as a birthday gift for my husband. It turned out to be corked due to improper storage so I took it in. They offered nothing, owner took my number and claimed he would contact the distributor but I never heard from him. They sold me damaged goods and I'm out $300 for an undrinkable bottle.

Very nice liquor store! Clean, classy and organized! With an amazing variety of products…. Staff is helpful, attentive and professional. Pricing is very reasonable… I loved their downstairs wine selection… The fridge for some of the wines, a definite plus! Located in a gorgeous charming DC neighborhood…

I ordered a strawberry crème liqueur that is supposed to be pink and I got the correct bottle but it was a brown liquid, I tasted it anyway thinking it was a different flavor but it made me sick to my stomach, I called to get credit or a refund but the guy said that’s how all the bottles are and he can’t do anything for me, he doesn’t understand that all the bottles are brown because they have gone bad, look at the picture it is supposed to be pink liquid it’s strawberry, I used to drink it all the time
