The parking garage is really good, prices are usually a con if you don't get in and out at a certain time of the day, weekends are much cheaper.
Parking structure reasonably priced after hours

Standard garage pretty building
Expensive durring day. Flat rate after 5pm.
Not accessible after 8pm. They put signs at all their entrances on the various blocks and force you to walk back and forth for half an hour to decipher them.
Good parking garage
Car locked in garage after 1pm on a Fri night. Not a 24/7 garage.
