Amenities -two unisex bathrooms -three massage chairs in waiting room - plenty of pedicure chairs and manicure tables -eyelash extensions and wax Services The place was crowded on Monday. The sign lists no Monday but they do open on Monday. My boyfriend received a nice pedicure with attentive care in case of his ingrown toe nails. the place is mostly quiet and relaxing. I definitely recommend it.

I love this place been coming here for 3 yrs. now. Don't mind my feet but it's been 3 months, I got a mani & pedi. Trian was my nail tech and she out did herself! I am so grateful for her to help my busted up feet lol thank u ladies!!! at 16th St Nails & spa!!!!! Specialities: I have problems with hang nails and ingrown, I asked if they could fix my toes an clean up my nails. My nail tech did an outstanding job!!! Cleanliness: Very clean atmosphere and everything is well organized and sanitized.

This is my second time at the salon. Brought my daughter along. Her mani/pedi is fine but not for me. I got a new lady who caused injury and bleeding on my last finger and big toe during my dip manicure and pedicure. The work quality was also really bad. I rarely write reviews, but I had to write one after coming to this salon! I just moved and I have been looking for a new salon and this place did not disappoint!! They are so sweet, easy to get in fast and fairly priced. The lady who did my nails was so kind and really took her time doing my nails, the design was perfect and exactly what I wanted. She helped me pick out the colors I wanted and did an amazing job! If your looking for a new nail salon I really recommend this one!!

Had the worst experience ever I asked for a set and got a totally different design. I told the lady I didn’t like it her answer was “it’s ok”. I paid $90ServicesSculpted nails

Tried to get a simple milky/french white powder manicure and the staff insisted I needed pink. Staff then became irate because I refused to get pink and cancelled by manicure since I wasn’t going to get what I wanted. The new management is going to end up running this place down. Also if someone knows where Susan that use to do pedicures here went, please let everyone know.

First on the phone they said $50 for acrylics when I get there they say $55 for SHORT plain acrylics. Pedicure was ok. Full set on hands was a mess, asked for round squared short acrylics and the shape is just so off. I even asked to file a couple nails to see if he realized how uneven and irregular the shape was. Its been less than a week and they look like I’ve been with them 2 weeks. Never again.

I had the best experience here with my nails exactly how I wanted it. I don't usually do this often but when I do I am going to hit this place up because they made my pamper day special. It is not easy to serve with cleaning and rubbing someone's feet. Best place and I been to more than a few in phx AZ. Hit up this place and get real service. I went to this nail shop with my mom and we both got gel manicures brand new sets I left with the most horrible nails I’ve ever gotten done. To start my pinkies I completely two different sizes half of my nails are crooked The nail polish is very very bubbled. There’s no nail polish on the sides of the nails there’s glue and acrylic stuck to my actual skin and my gel polish is peeling off like it wasn’t even dry This place is so horrible. I do not recommend try this place multiple times, and they still cannot seem to do a simple set correctly.
