Carlos and Louis went above and beyond in helping with my furniture removal from my apartment. They were professional, kind and extremely efficient. I will not hesitate to use this company again or recommend them to my friends and family because of them. A company is only as strong as the people they employ and these guys are tremendous assets to your team! Give them raises!!!

Do not use! I took off of work for an appointment from 12-2. Whoever took the reservation must have mixed my phone number with a different reservation so they never called me beforehand, claimed they called and spoke to me and that I told them I didn’t need the service, and would not return the same day despite their mistake. The driver claimed he spoke with me and that I didn’t need the service which he never did as they had the incorrect number and yet was parked in front of my neighbors property for 40 minutes until the scheduled appointment time before leaving. The driver would have never shown up at a property if he spoke with the owner and they told him not to bother. He never rang the doorbell to check in with me and the office told me the fact that they had the incorrect number associated with the reservation and that he never rang the doorbell was not their problem. HORRIBLE customer service.
