We did our research on who may be the best company to use for our Extension. This company led by a very friendly, knowledgeable and approachable Frankie. Not only did he give us great advice on our build but he was also open to taking on board all the little tweaks we made to plans. We saved a lot of time thanks to his vast array of contacts in Painting decorating, tiling, electrical, plumbing and kitchen fitting. Do yourself a favour dont bother with the rest, First choice are the best!

A couple of years on from getting our extension and we couldn’t be happier. 1st choice were one of a number of quotes we got but came out on top regarding value and offering. Frankie and Niall gave us great advice on size, layout and design that really added a great finish to the overall build. They were accommodating with all changes we asked of them and went above and beyond when we had additional asks ! 1st Choice Builders were recommended to us by friends who were very happy with their work. From the first time we met Frankie, we knew they were the right choice. Ours was not a straight forward job. Part renovation, part extension but a very awkward shape/site. Other builders turned up to look and said they would quote but did not even have the courtesy to reply or return calls, forget about actual quotes. Throughout the build Frankie, Niall and all the of the team were friendly, knowledgable and exceptionally helpful. We added a few extras along the way that put us a little over our original budget but those extras were our choices to make and never a problem for any of their team. 1st Choice Builders were recommended to us by friends and we have already recommended them to family and more friends, some of whom are in contact and planning renovations of their own. For the price we payed they did a fantastic job, especially so because of the awkward site that had other companies running away! We highly recommend 1st Choice Builders and will absolutely trust them again for any building work we need.

I would highly recommend 1st Choice Builders. We had a kitchen-dining extension added to our house and the experience of working with Frankie, Niall and team was excellent. Received great advice throughout and the build was completed to a high quality standard. Any changes we sought were accommodated and the budget was kept on track. The site was maintained in a tidy, safe state on a daily basis. We are delighted with the build and the improvements to our home.

Workers were very reliable and cleaned up after themselves every day. Compared a lot of builders but theirs was the best price and quality. 7 months finished now and everything is perfect and loving our converted house.
