1st Source Servall Appliance Parts

This used to be a great place. But now they are only selling Wholesale. If you are a repair company they are probably still great. If you are a normal person you will have to go somewhere else or order online. It's a shame, but if they don't want to sell people things that's their deal.

Only a wholesale place. You can call to order parts. Will ship to you. No instore shopping.

Such on the website they say open at 8:am i get there at 8:15 and the door still closed and there was a lady laughing inside i call and nobody pick up the phone

Fast delivery! Part did not work.4 more days for new one to be ordered, but Chris hooked me up with the store on the Northside of Houston who has the part there. Great service!

Bathrooms are clean. Other than, avoid at all costs. There’s a reason they’re not first source anymore

I have found that this place is very knowledgeable in parts. The young ladies that work there never cease to amaze me. They are good.

Staff was very helpful. Went in for fuse for my dryer but they asked what was wrong with my dryer and said it sounded more like the door switch. He was right!! Saved me money & time. So grateful. Will definitely go again for parts.
