We have lived at 2020 Lawrence for almost 3 years and have thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The location is fantastic and easily accessible to everything downtown Denver has to offer, it is extremely walkable to great restaurants, bars, and Coors Field. The apartments are much more spacious than other buildings in the area and everything in them is well built. They have recently done some renovations to common spaces that look really good and have made the building an even better place to live. The Staff at 2020 has been great throughout our entire time at the building. They are extremely responsive to any issues and great to work with to make living their comfortable. Katie, Nate & the whole team are really incredible and have made our experience all the better. We would gladly continue to live there if it wasn't time to move into a house! I would highly recommend living at 2020 to anyone looking for a great downtown residence with great amenities!
I have visited a friend at this apartment many times and the staff is always so friendly and building is very well kept. I love how modern the units are and it is near so many amenities in central downtown. The balconies are huge and the rooftop patio is a great place to watch fireworks from the Rockies games!
Was visiting friends at this building and am now tempted to move here. Great location and the building itself was clean, well kept and seems to be nicely maintained. I loved the roof area! Ran into an employee, tall thin guy, and he was super cool, nice friendly guy and was able to recommend some good food nearby. Nice place!
I don’t live here but I wanted to leave a review for the staff - Nate in particular. It has been a literal nightmare finding an apartment in Denver as of late! Nate was an absolute gem. Very responsive, knowledgeable, & overall a great person. He even stayed late to assist me. Thank you for being great! <3
Hi! Just a quick note to point out the fantastic work of your technician, Rudy! From our first meeting, he has offered his assistance - above and beyond - to ease the transition into my new home. I am sincerely grateful - thank you, Rudy! I would also like to mention the HUGE welcome I've felt from Nate, Kyra, and Katie - thank you so much!
The rooftop and other amenities are cool, but there are real management problems here. Don't be surprised when the property manager, Katie Finch, is rude and dismissive of your problems. What is the point of paying nearly $2000/month if you're treated like nothing but a disturbance when you have issues? She clearly is only there to collect money and ignore all problems that her residents are experiencing. Prepare for a fake, autofill response to this review too! As long as she can give off the appearance of caring, while doing absolutely nothing then everything is fine. Wouldn't want you to have to your job now, would we?
Amazing location next to Coors Field, great views and rooftop deck, updated hallway flooring and paint, and the maintenance staff is the best - super quick response time!
Where do I even begin this review… Move in day was atrocious. I stood outside for 45 minutes during leasing office hours attempting to move in. I was banging on the door and no one seemed to be in the leasing office. I called the office numerous times and got no answer. After a resident opened the door for me and I walked inside the entire leasing office staff was gathered passing around a new born baby not doing their job by simply being prepared for a new resident to move in. Then acted like they never heard the phone ring. Secondly, I had a package stolen out of the mail room. There is plenty of security cameras in the mail room. I called and spoke with Katie from the leasing office to see if she could pull the footage of the camera. I quote she responded with “ pulling The security camera takes a lot of time, and even if I were to pull the security camera the image would be blurry and you wouldn’t be able to tell who stole it” …. I can not make that up. Please be aware that the leasing office doesn’t ever wanna do their job. Lastly, there’s so many things getting “upgraded” I put quotes because it seems they wanna inconvenience the residents more and more. They decided to repaint the hallways a different color to be more aesthetically pleasing. I asked if they can help me remove my ring doorbell by 2 simple screws because I am a female and hired a handyman to hang it originally. They refuse to help me out. I pay to much rent for all these things to be accruing and to have a team at the complex that is worthless. A robot leasing agent would be more helpful than the staff at 2020 Lawrence.
1. The building looks great from the exterior, the rooftop looks neat too 2. This building’s call box emits an excruciatingly annoying beeping sound that echoes through the streets of the ballpark neighborhood several times a day, for 1-2 minutes at a time. This has been a problem for as long as I’ve lived in the area about nine months. I called the building to see if there was anything that could be done about the situation, and unfortunately, until the call box system is replaced, the residents of this area will continue to bleed from their ears several times a day 2 stars for the lights on the side of the building, they add a nice touch to the exterior
It has been a joy living at 2020 Lawrence. We all love great views, which I have from my balcony and the roof, but it's the day-to-day living conditions that really hook you in the end. Maintenance is quick to respond, the staff are all friendly, the building is quiet, and the twice a month activities are a lot of fun! I would recommended 2020 Lawrence to my friends, and if I must move one day, I know I will look back on my time here as one of my best apartment experiences.
