Sure knew WHAT he was doing! Got my front wheel drive w/nose in crowded & tight pk'g lot w/NO keys, out & on to Repair Shop on dolly system-

I called in on 10/7 at 4:50 pm and the very rude lady on the phone had told me they closed at 5:30 and I was unable to retrieve my car that day , when I checked online their closing hours are at 6pm and she mentioned that i could show up the next day but they’re closed on Saturdays? Today I called again in the morning and she stated that I had until 3:22 to pick up my car before the day charge was added and that I still had to pay $47 fee to remove the car on Saturday’s and Sunday’s ? I never leave reviews but so far it’s been a bad experience and a clear lack of communication on the receptionist part. She was rude, uninterested , and left out necessary information after i asked the first time.Service: Vehicle wrecking

My car was stolen and they ended up towing it after the tweaker wrecked it. They answered the phone a little gruff but I'm guess it because they're used to dealing g with asshats who just want to be mad their car was towed. This whole company, meaning every single soul that is affiliated with them, are liars and theives and the only reason they are surviving as a business is because they work with the portland pig department via contracts for picking up "recovered" stolen vehicles and holding them ransom for hundreds of dollars. They currently have my motorcycle and are refusing to make a time that will work for both of us for me to retrieve it. I drove over an hour in traffic to meet after hours to pick it up amd called to let them know I'd be late. I was threatened with the after hours fee and told they may show up to sell me my bike back and they may not since it was so late. They even called and blatantly lied to my bank trying to take the hold off my lien saying I had not made any contact or implications of retrieving it. These ppl have hung up on me and laughed at me and have been the utmost disgusting and disrespectful people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They will screw you at the first opportunity they have or they will make one for themselves to do just that.

My car was stolen and police told me it was here… idk whom employees these people but omg so rude and one of the employees looked like he was trying to sell my car to two other lady’s. I walked up and saw him showing my car off to them and me and my boyfriend when arrived saw it happening and said we would like to pick up my Nissan with proof of ownership and he stood there and got upset and started to be so disrespectful my boyfriend told him to step back and stop being rude. Literally worst company on the planet and the lady on the phone oooo count ur days honey

My truck got stolen and when recovered was towed here. I personally inspected the truck and what was/was no longer there. While trying to get it to start I was checking the tuner on it for codes. After it was delivered to the collision shop the tuner had been taken out. Insurance confirmed it was not there when they received it. Someone in 21st century towing is a thief.

My car was reported stolen on 7/29/22 and later recovered by the Police and towed to 21st Century Towing on 8/10/22. Ever since then my insurance company hasn’t been able to get them to release my car. I went in personally on 8/10/22, looked at my vehicle and gave them permission to release my car to my insurance company. I’ve called and told them to release it as well. Yet it’s still there. I don’t know what to do at this point.

Sickening company, predatory and low class. What a sad way to make a living charging hundreds of dollars and holding people’s cars ransom without doing any actual work that benefits the community in any way. I removed my parking pass for 1 night when i got home from work and planned on leaving in the morning, and in the 3 hours my car was without a pass, 21st century’s tow truck drivers came out of the wood work to make life a pain in the backside. And I expect nothing more from a company that uses a decommissioned rail-car as their business front.

Lady on the phone was quite literally the worst person in existence. I wrote DIRECTLY the address she spoke to me into my notes and went there only to wait at the wrong location in the heat on hold for an hour for her to say that I SOMEHOW messed up and went to the wrong address when she GAVE ME THAT ADDRESS. Wasted an extra $50 on top of the $357 scam fee to get my subie out of car jail on ubering because I had to get my car ASAP. But I hope you enjoy getting laid off!

Called because there was no parking in a lot you need a tag for. There sign is up to call if this happens. Dispatcher assured me someone would be by to see what could be done. No one EVER showed up to even look. At all.
