Fred was absolutely amazing to work with! Very responsive and clear with his communication. Provided great suggestions on places to go to and all of the necessary details for our group to have a great experience. We had a slight hiccup with one of the venues we visited which had nothing to do with this company but Fred still offered a great resolution to make up for the other company's mishap. I highly recommend this company because they were very organized from the beginning and professional!

International number blunder! We had a false start on day 1 and a great smooth time on day 2. We booked using an international number, and even though the confirmation sms came though, nobody showed up and you can’t contact a coordinator proactively. This was super frustrating. After posting my initial review, a coordinator contacted me very promptly. He explained that some drivers cannot communicate with international numbers, and offered apologies. We accepted the explanation and apologies and we tried again on night 2. Night 2 was smooth and amazing. Prompt service and a great driver. We went as a couple and he gave us great advice. We had a great time. The coordinator checked in multiple times as well. Overall night 2 was 5 stars, night one was 1 star. The customer service in the end was amazing hence my aggregated rating Advice: book early, book using a local number and keep an eye out for messages/WhatsApp’s/phone calls close to pick up time.

So easy to book and they remind you the day of pick up then call 10-15 minutes prior to picking up, you can call anytime to be picked up to go back to your room. Bay way to get the clubs especially when drinking. Neve drink and drive people always have a DD!

Michelle was so helpful and kind when I was having problems with my booking. She called me back the same day I emailed her and made sure everything went smoothly.

Great service to and from the club. They took us to Centerfold which was solid but for I was under the impression that entry would be free but it was not. Either way it was a fun time.
