Awful. The people who showed up to help were friendly and cool. The techs are great. The company itself however; 409 dollars for an after hours called at 9 pm and was scheduled for 10 pmlock cut is absurd. There’s no justifying that. Taking advantage of people already in a tough spot trying to access their own home due to a faulty lock. Just know the basic fee is 409 and my service was at 10 pm. Nothing special was done. The technician literally said “we can’t pick that” got out a grinder and said “ we have to cut it” and didn’t disclose a price at all. After 15 mins of cutting the lock he billed me for $409. I get it. I’ve done services before for people. Ive worked closing after hours ac/hvac services. I I understand fees and after hour charges. But I’ve literally had cheaper bills for my vet. Cheaper doctor bills. Cheaper bills for car services. This is literally a month of my mortgage payment just due to a faulty lock and a company that wants to take advantage of those in hard spot due to circumstances they couldn’t control and needing an “emergency” service. Literally both sets of my keys no longer worked. It was no fault of my own to why I was locked out. The techs even agreed. I give the technicians complete satisfaction. They were responsive. Honest, and left me with a free doorknob and lock set. if reported and installed, it would have cost another 115 But the company itself profits off your misfortune. They are awful. This company will profit off your bad situation. Highly. If you have somewhere to stay with a friend do so. I was in an emergency situation due to living alone and having pets. 400 for a lock cut is inhumane. You can’t justify that. In any way shape or form. Unfortunately I can’t say I wouldn’t go to the same company because when I’m a situation when locked out and worried about my pets and needing to find an answer and the only 24 hour service relies on I dependent on call contractors it’s hard. This is just a fair warning to explore ANY other option before this company.

Carmon did a great job! I could not open the door to my garage. He drilled out my old mechanism and put in a new one super quick! Highly recommended.
