24/7 Xpress

As a contributor, I take pride on visiting C-Stores, and rating not only the employees, but the store, and the property itself. This is the first time I visit this store, and the first thing I see is an employee smoking what I think is a cigarette. I went to use their vacuum cleaner, and the vacuum machine had a sign that said it was free, but the machine was not even on, and the employee didn't even attempt to at least try to help me. The parking lot was pretty much swept, and clean so I will give them that, but a little meet, and greet would have been awesome.

This is the best place to get your smog done in Green Valley they offer a coupon on groupon so it saves you a few bucks

I’m went to get gas and I was treated like I was family by a young lady he had red hair I asked for her name and I’m here to say I’m a customer for life just moved here from NY and Corin is awesome and nice You Know What I Mean hey go to this spot I am plus the food and drinks are great thanks Corin my stop in NV great job kid

If I could rate this establishment ZERO STARS I would. October 4th around 7:45 pm, to my husband and I go inside to purchase some items and I IMMEDIATELY began to feel uncomfortable, as if I was being watched/judged. We get to the front of the line and cashier states “identIfiicaTiOn” in a very high pitched “stereotypical Asian voice” looked at us and laughed with his coworker! My husband is Asian and that was clearly racially motivated! They should be ashamed of themselves and have a consequence.

Long time customer,will never return.New employees hired this past year are Rude,Deplorable, and Incompetent.

So, for the past 6 months I've been going to the 24/7 Xpress located at the intersection of Stephanie St. And American Pacific Rd in Henderson, NV. Every time I put at least 10 gallons of gas, I get a free car wash. I pull up to the gas pump, swipe my credit card, pump gas, when I'm finished, I print the receipt, go inside to the 24/7 Xpress, show them my receipt and they give me a free car wash. Today I did the exact same thing, except that this time the cashier tells me that she couldn't give me the car wash because I didn't swipe my rewards card at the pump before I pumped gas. I told her that I've always done it this way. She proceeded to tell me that they've have been doing it this way for a year, to which I told her, I've gotten at least 10 car washes this way within the last 6 months. Then another cashier joined in, basically to tell me that I was wrong. Really???? You're going to argue with a customer, accuse him of being wrong instead of doing your best to try to keep the customer happy??? When I told them that you had lost my business. They said they didn't care. I will NEVER give a penny to another 24/7 Xpress again. And neither will my wife.

Trash. Rather than kindly inform and explain why you can no longer put fuel in a plastic container you have to purchase one from them at 13+ dollars ....the balding manager with the classy tongue piercing and glasses . made a scene in front of the store and threatened +to call fire Marshall...which fine ok I'll deal with thatlater...i tried to reasonably explain and was told " SOUNDS LIKE A PERSONAL PROBLEM"....REALLY?! ...with a store that goes above and beyond and has great leadership how could I not give it one star.

Been going there for years. No problems until one day went back for a free car wash cause the car wash attendant said its raining after my wash. So I went back a week later when skies cleared up. The guy was no longer working there And they didn't want to honor my free wash. Long story short I paid for another car wash and my car got stuck in the wash after hearing a loud thump and finding ourselves stuck with one of the bumper side spinning brushes just spinning away on my front bumper. My Wife yelled and said I think We are stuck. So put the car in a little reverse to get back on this the track that earlier we heard a loud thump. Pulled up front to look at car and it was stripped of paint. Told the manager and she was very offish and making us sound like liars and kept saying she has video. Well why would she say that if she had. Further she wanted us to show us that the wash was fine and wasn't broken. So We went in car wash with her after it was shut off. As she was still apprehensive about it what happened. I found my paint chips exactly where I described the insident took place. Pics to follow. Then she went on that it was still our fault. What a joke manager she was. I filed a report and followed up on it week later leaving my contack info. Still no word after another week. Really!!! Do I need to call our secretary of state guys? Before and after car wash pics also one with my paint chips on ground at that spinning washer.I posted a pic of my car that got its paint shredded by their car wash after it popped me off track. The manager hasnt reached out since insident 3 weeks ago and will not return my fone calls. Called 5 times and atopped by twice. I just want them to own up and fix my car. On and on and on and on. Im editing after 4 months. And still bo calls and no return calls after months. Looks like small claims to me. If they wont call i guess they will definately show up to court to answer their vlowing off and waiving their responsabilities. Months later it's now Oct 2018 manager was supposed to call me still nvr has and even if I call they just blow their patrons off.still waiting for response. 7/19/2019
