Conveniently located in downtown Portland, OR and serving Portland’s financial district, Dr. Cindy O’Loughlin and our team at 2nd & Madison Dental service the oral health needs of our community in a convenient, quality fashion.
As an all-digital office, we offer our patients the highest quality dental care in a personal, professional environment, utilizing the latest technology in all aspects of our practice to minimize appointment length, and obtain the highest standards of clinical excellence.

We provide our patients with a full range of general and cosmetic services including Invisalign® clear aligners, periodontal treatment, all porcelain restorations, implants, partials, dentures, and teeth whitening.

At 2nd & Madison Dental, we are service-oriented, and focus on the quality of our work. We know that many of you have busy schedules. In order to accommodate our working clientele, we are open extended hours Monday through Friday. Contact our office to schedule an appointment!

We also know that parking downtown can be a hassle and an impediment at times. In order to provide you the easiest transit options possible, we offer validated parking for the SmartPark garage across the street from us, entrance on Jefferson in between 1st and 2nd.

With the help of voice and digital textual translation, we work to make all the information we provide in English accessible to our patients who are not native English speakers.
