So your student can use a lot of vertical space. My daughter's single room on second floor. For example was 8.6 ft wide and 17ft long. They have desk dresser bed and her room had a built in hanging unit. Beds can self lift up to approx hip high ( I am 5ft 3) you can also request it get lofted higher. They did my daughter's bed in second week she was there. You can have a 3.2 cubic ft fridge in room. All kurig and waffle irons kitchen electronics MUST be used in kitchen. Downstairs has big group room with pool table. Tv a few couches ping pong table. No AC so bring a room fan. No you can't put a window a.c. in. It has baseboard steel heaters for winter. Two RA's in the building 1 male 1 female. Co ed bathrooms with co ed showers. Has Rugs for all those with allergies.
